Area Floors is an international flooring company headquartered in Istanbul, with a European distribution and logistics centre in Peer, Belgium. The company operates its own SPC production facility in Istanbul and works with selected specialist partners for specific product lines, exporting across Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and North America.

Area Floors builds complete floor and wall covering programmes for retail chains, DIY groups and specialist distributors, managing the full chain – product engineering, packaging, technical documentation, in-store display systems and after-sales support -so that partners receive a category that is ready to sell, not a pallet of product. The Belgian base gives EU customers local stock, short lead times and fully EU-compliant documentation.

At Bricoday 2026, Area Floors presents the STANLEY® SPC Flooring & Wall Tiles range for the EMEA market, developed and produced under licence from Stanley Black & Decker.

THE RETAIL RANGE
Country Collection – 400 Series
SPC wood-look planks in warm, natural tones for high-traffic residential interiors.

Pearls Collection – 700 Series
SPC wood-look planks with a refined, contemporary surface character.

Stone Floor -800 Series
SPC stone tile, 6.5 mm total build including a 1.5 mm IXPE acoustic underlay, pre-attached.

Wall Tiles – 900 Series
4 mm SPC wall tile with a tongue-and-groove profile, for bathrooms, kitchens and feature walls.

Alongside these, the BB Series (600 Series) is supplied exclusively through the professional and contract channel, keeping the retail assortment clean and protecting shelf pricing.

All floor collections are CE-marked to the relevant European standards and use i4F Drop-Lock, a glue-free locking system that allows fast, low-skill installation – a decisive advantage in the DIY channel. Wall tiles are CE-marked and carry a European fire classification suitable for interior wall applications.

Floors carry a 25-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty. Wall tiles carry 7 years residential and 3 years commercial.

BUILT FOR THE SHELF, NOT JUST THE WAREHOUSE
Retail partners receive a complete merchandising system: display rack and base unit, illuminated light box, sample board, arch folder and acrylic label plates – all developed in the STANLEY visual language and ready for immediate installation.

Every box carries a QR code linking directly to installation guides, technical data sheets and declarations of performance, reducing pre-sale questions at the counter and after-sale calls to the service desk.
